DARWIN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT PASSENGER TERMINAL EXPANSION
MAJOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVED

Darwin International Airport has welcomed approval of its terminal expansion Major Development Plan by Federal Minister for Infrastructure, Transport, Regional development and Local Government, Anthony Albanese.
Major development Plans are required under the Federal Airports Act 1996 for any substanial development on airport land and include extensive public consultation and studies into enviornmental, social and economic impacts.
