Northern Territory Airports (NT Airports) is a subsidiary of the Airport Development Group (ADG) who manages and operates the three Northern Territory Airports comprising Darwin International Airport, Alice Springs Airport and Tennant Creek Airport.

Darwin International Airport is looking for an experienced manager who will provide strong leadership for the airside and terminal operations. A critical success factor in this role will be a focus on continuous improvement in safety, customer service and compliance activities.
To be successful you will have demonstrated extensive knowledge of relevant Australian aviation legislation pertaining to aerodromes. You will have an inclusive management style to lead a diverse team and to drive operational compliance and changes.
You will have strong communication skills to manage a diverse group of airport stakeholders particularly during the challenging period of the Terminal Expansion.

Retail and Customer Experience Specialist
Be part of a dynamic and fast-paced team during one of the most exciting periods in Darwin International Airport’s history. DIA has embarked on a major terminal expansion program, which will see the Terminal almost double in capacity by the end of 2014. As part of the expansion, the retail footprint will increase, including food and beverage, speciality, news, duty free, commercial offices and lounge facilities. The indoor and outdoor advertising opportunities will also be expanded to accommodate market demand.
The new role of Retail and Customer Experience Specialist will focus on optimising DIA’s retail business through effective planning, development and performance management of our current and new retail offers. Given the correlation between great retail and customer satisfaction, the role will also focus on improving the overall customer experience.
You must be highly motivated, enthusiastic and able to work independently with initiative, and have tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline or demonstrated experience in a similar position.
