Here you give the fault a simple name i.e Airconditioner, Fan, Roofing – don’t write 'broken' fan, leave that for the description.
Here you describe whats wrong, ie, Airconditioner does not work, Fan makes noise, Roofing is leaking etc.
Files must be less than 10 MB.

For emergency maintenance issues only (e.g. no power / no water / sewerage blockages / life threatening issues), please contact us immediately at:

  • DIA normal business hours 8:30am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday

  • DIA after hours
    • 0401 005 977 (Airport Duty Manager)
DIA General Guidelines for attendance after maintenance request received:

Emergency: 1 to 3 hours
Priority: 24 to 28 hours
Routine: 10 working days
