Darwin Airport operates under a Joint user Deed. This means that Defence manages and controls the maintenance and repairs at Darwin International Airport (DIA) within the runway and other joint user areas.. Defence and ADG have released the Method Of Works Program (MOWP) for delivering the majors works planned to take place over the coming the coming 12-18months.
ADG, as owners and operators of DIA, is in constant dialogue with our airline partners, government, and tourism bodies regarding these works and is sympathetic to the potential impact on the travelling public.
