Airport Development Group is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from aviation operators, businesses, and private aircraft owners for new opportunities within our expanding General Aviation (GA) precinct.

GA Area EOI Factsheet

As part of our long‑term aviation growth strategy, we are opening a limited number of sites and facilities designed to support the next generation of general aviation activity in the region. This is a unique opportunity to secure a position within one of the Northern Territory’s most strategically located aviation hubs.

Opportunities Available

We are seeking interest from proponents looking to establish or expand operations such as:

  • Charter and scenic flight services
  • Flight training and aviation education
  • Private or recreational aircraft hangarage
  • Aviation support services and related commercial activities

Lots from 1,000sqm-4,000sqm for hangar development sites are available with airside access and proximity to key airport infrastructure.

How to Submit

Interested parties are invited to submit an Expression of Interest outlining their proposed use, operational requirements, and organisational capability.
