Seamless Access with Our Upgraded Booking System

We’re excited to announce that our booking system is getting a major upgrade! Starting from Tuesday, the 13th of January 2026, you’ll enjoy an improved experience while continuing to use the same URL https://bookings.darwinairport.com.au/

What’s changing?

  • We’re upgrading from traditional password-based logins to One-Time Password (OTP) authentication. Unlike passwords that can be difficult to remember or vulnerable to breaches, OTPs offer advanced security and ease of use.
  • Your existing bookings (made before the 13th of January) will remain valid and accessible, but you’ll need to rebook to make any modifications.
  • To cancel a booking made before the 13th of January, you can do so through the new Manage My Booking portal using your registered email.

Making changes to your booking made before the 13th of January 2026 (IMPORTANT)

If you have booked before 13th of January and you require a change to your booking, you’ll need to cancel and rebook the reservation.

What is an OTP?

A One-Time Password (OTP) is a unique, time-sensitive code sent to your registered email, designed to provide secure and seamless access to your account.

Why are you switching to OTPs?

We’re introducing OTPs to elevate your experience by combining advanced security with greater convenience. With OTPs, your account is safer, and logging in is simpler than ever.

How do I receive my OTP?

Your OTP will be sent directly to the email address associated with your account.

How long is my OTP valid?

Each OTP is valid for 15 minutes and can only be used once, ensuring secure access every time

What if I don't receive my OTP?

If you don’t see your OTP, check your spam or junk folder. If it’s still not there, you can request a new one. For further assistance, contact our support team at parking@darwinairport.com.au or 1800 814 823.

What will happen to my existing bookings?

Your existing bookings will still be valid and visible in the new system. While you won’t be able to modify them, you can easily cancel and rebook using the upgraded platform.

How do I download my past booking information?

Simply log into your account and download any necessary receipts or invoices before 13th January 2026. From 13th January 2026, you will not be able to access our old Parking Booking System and any information regarding your expired parking services before this cutover date will not be accessible in our new Parking Booking System. Can I still use my old QR code from the old system for parking?

Yes, if your booking remains valid, your current QR code will continue to provide access to the parking lot.

What if I lose my QR code for parking?

If you lose your QR code or experience any issues accessing the parking lot, press the assistance button at the entrance. A team member will be happy to assist you
